Entry points in Laos
Four International Airports: Wattay International Airport, Luang Prabang International Airport, Savannakhet International Airport, Pakse International Airport.
1. Wattay International Airport is the main entry point by air for international tourists.
Operating airlines: Thai Airways, Lao Airlines, Vietnam Airlines, Air Asia, China Eastern Airlines and Bangkok Airways. Flights from Vientiane to Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Seoul, Singapore, Guangzhou, Changsha and Busan.
2. Luang Prabang international Airport:
Regular flights are available from Luang Prabang toVientiane, Chieng Mai, Bankok, Hanoi, Jinghong, Chengdu, Siem Reap, Singapore and Incheon.
3. Savannakhet International Airport:
The only international flight on this route is from Savanakhet to Bangkok and vice versa operated by Lao Airlines.
4. Pakse international Airport
is stopover point from Vientiane to Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Hochiminh and Bangkok. Lao Airlines flies from Pakse to Bangkok via Savannakhet.
