Vietnam: President Tran Dai Quang has not been seen in public for a month

Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang has not been seen in public for nearly a month with no explanation from the government, said Nikkei Asia Review on 25 August 2017.

President Tran Dai Quang’s last public appearance fixed by media was on July 25, when he met with secretary of Russia’s Security council Nikolai Patrushev in Hanoi.
