The community joins hands with iCareBase & WLIN Global in the world-wide health care project named “Human Genome Program”.
With practical and human meanings in raising community awareness about cancer prevention and building a scientific and scientific lifestyle, the “Human Genome Program” took place on May 5, 2019 in Hanoi has received a positive response from the community.
The Human Genome Programme is a global community program, founded by Professor and Doctor from Thailand – Kampon Sriwatanakul. It was launched for first time in Vietnam by iCareBase and Women Leaders International Networking (WLIN Global) to educate and raise the community’s awareness about cancer prevention and build a healthy and positive lifestyle.
The program is accompanied by experts of the “Doctors under the same sun” with the aim to apply advanced gene decoding technology. The technology is capable of screening and early detecting faulty genes and cells which are at high risk of getting cancer, and from that suggesting measures to achieve high prevention.
In order to create positive effects for the program, besides the expertise like Professor Kampon Sriwatanakul – Founder of the Human Genome Programme, Doctor Jirached Suksuperm, it must mention the cooperation of investors with its representative Ms. Pham Thi Phuong Thuy – General Director of IFG Vietnam Company; the communicator with the representative of the runner-up Miss World 2011 Nguyen Thu Huong, Chairman of the WLIN Global, General Director of Nam Huong Communications Group; and community activists: the presidents, vice presidents and members of WLIN Global.
In addition, supermodel Ha Vy and television actress Ngoc Anh also officially confirmed to be the star ambassadors of the Human Genome Program. This is a good news for the community because with her great influence and emotional experience, supermodel Ha Vy and actress Ngoc Anh will be able to write the inspirational stories together in building a healthy lifestyle with iCareBase and WLIN Global.
At the event, the guests were provided intensive knowledge through genetic testing and cancer screening – the method is recommended by leading cancer experts to try once in a lifetime for anyone. It will help detect and screen 26 types of male and 27 types of female cancer and chronic diseases.
After Hanoi, iCareBase and WLIN Global will continue to expand the program in HCM City; northern province of Hai Duong; central provinces of Vinh, Da Nang, Quang Nam, and Quang Ngai; and Singapore.
